It’s really good fun hearing them chat to each other, wind each other up as old team mates. Woosie currently rinsing Faldo for knocking it 20yars past him. But one things for sure Faldo still has an absolutely buttery smooth swing.

Hopefully so... Seems like such a decent guy.. Interviews well and very honest... Been hard watching him and Bob last few weeks not getting the job done..
Hoping no preferred lies in 3rd round..
Interesting seeing scottie not playing as well.... But still managing to totally stiff wedges on 17 n 18... He is defo not firing on all cylinders tho... Hopefully keeps. Going in that direction pre ryder cup..
 
The crazy thing is - how good is Tommy that he seems to be in contention every single week at the moment?? Unreal levels, just no killer instinct.

His stats in all areas of his game are really good, and show progression year on year. But for whatever reason he seems to throw in the odd bad shot or two a round. Some he recovers ok but others cost him. It’s almost as though he loses concentration for a shot or two. To be honest, Only robots hit every shot spot on.

Is he about to break through to the next level? Only time will tell but I think he has a major in him.

You’d think after coming so close time and time again he’d maybe fall away for a bit or loose a bit of form but seems to just come back, straight into contention again

I won't be surprised at all if Scheffler makes the turn on Sunday right on the heels of whoever is leading at the time.

Yeah, wouldn't be a shock at all... Defo some non scottie shots happening though... His recovery shots are ridiculous... It's sickening... I can only imagine what it must be like playing against that kinda play... Thinking your going to gain something on a hole and then boom... Stiffs it to a foot.. Lol..
 
It will really highlight the ridiculousness of the FedEx playoffs if Tommy wins. The PGAT's champion golfer of the year could be someone who had never won a PGA tour event... until this weekend.
 
If he’s in the lead again going into tomorrow, any chance he can start with the tail enders, post a score and hope nobody catches him?

On a serious note, he’s in great form, must be up there with Sheffler in terms of consistency and scoring recently?
