Professional Golf 2024 & 2025

Expecting many eyes on Rory tomorrow with his first proper golf 😉 since the Masters.
If he finishes top 3 or so then it'll no doubt crank up the hyperbole further for the following week.
And if Schauffele, Thomas, Spieth are up there, then that will add to it. 👀

If he wins this weekend it'll melt the forum let alone if he has a good week the following week and is contention come Sunday. I actually wonder if having won at Augusta the pressure will be even higher with expectation for the PGA.

What the hell are you on about?

Do you ever re-read before sending and think ‘actually that’s a really stupid point, won’t post that’

Indeed. Rory has won at Pebble, The Players and The Masters for which he sealed his place in golf immortality and cemented himself as the best of his generation and the best since Tiger.

He will arrive at every event feeling like a king, especially the PGA at Rory Country Club. He might get a bit twitchy at The Open if the grand slam is on.

Lucas Herbert leads on the International series in Japan, with a putter he bought from a second hand shop in Korea last week, when he was on his way to a Korean BBQ. He stuck a new grip on the putter and put it into play.

Spieth starting poor this week don’t think he will be fancied for the grand slam next week

Mad like looked absolutely unstoppable ten year ago

There is a young lad (Elisey Antropenko) who is currently +32 on the DP World Tour with 7 holes still to play.

Yeah poor fella but if I got the chance to play a dpwt event as an AM I'd keep going no matter what I scored, although scoring a ten on the 18th today (his 8th) must've stung more than most
After losing two balls off the tee into wilderness he had to play 5 off the tee which then found water!

Think he may have been +3 at the time, but did recover, and better today. At least trending in right direction.
Unlike Rosie 😐 +7.

Watching the Turkish open and reminiscing how I had 5 birdies around there a few years ago. Three on the trot on 15, 16 and 17 and finished 3 over par. Great course but water lurking everywhere😬ad4eb6b8-b895-4a6e-b402-19fea678387d.jpeg
