Professional Golf 2024 & 2025

Be interesting to hear from him.

Was reported he had some difference of opinions with some of his PGAT colleagues on what a future might look like - worldwide verses US based. Is he making a point, with Australia & now India.
Or is it as simple as the appearance fees have hit a tempting level with his Masters win
🤔
It's all about the money. There are no doubt a few DPWT events that he'd play in without demanding appearance fees (or the demand would be much lower), but India and Australia aren't among them.

Harrington looking in a strong position at the Senior US PGA, 2 ahead.
--- Edit: Cabrera won ---

I've never really bought into the idea of 'Senior majors', and they make interesting reading.
3 are run by the usual suspects - USGA, PGA of America & R&A.
The European Senior recognises these 3.
The PGAT (Champions) recognise 5 majors though, the extra 2 run by them.
Senior Players Championship (oh, can see what they did there!).
And The Tradition.

Bizarrely they play the Senior PGA one week after The Tradition! What's that about 🤷‍♂️ Perhaps we shouldn't complain about one a month!

You reckon the lucas Glover comments about driver testing will make for some interesting Q's at Memorial player interviews

(he's indicating that more than a few players give their back-up driver for the conformance test rather than the one that'll actually be used)

It’ll depend on what the journo’s present are briefed to ask I guess.

Be interesting to see if it gets the discussion that Glovers allegations warrant.

These sort of “discussions” have even going for years with Langer

it’s near impossible to judge if that top hand is actually anchored against the body or it’s just touching the shirt

When they looked to ban anchoring they imo should have stipulated a maximum length of putter than can be used
