Professional Golf 2024 & 2025

I'm intrigued that you think another one comes even close?!?
For one major wins in the last say 10 years?
It’s full of Has Beens and never beens with the exception of players like Rahm, Bryson, Koepka who they had to pay literally millions to in contracts to get them to play rather than playing to earn their living. That’s not a competitive tour that’s an exhibition tour!

Don’t get me wrong ill happily watch it but being classe as the 2nd most competitive tour is something it is not!

Have I Missed any?

They are all DP tour players but it’s a long trodden path

It’s just going to be down to an opinion

There are some very good players on LIV but imo the strength in depth isn’t great
Look at this week's DP tour leaderboard and honestly say that's stronger than LIV.
Also fair play to Muñoz for his 59 with a double on the card 👏👏

This is why this thread and the LIV thread shouldn’t have been merged, too much tit for tat.
LIV still has it's own thread for the non-golf stuff, but pro tour golf is pro tour golf and there's no reason for LIV to be separated in that regard.
I'm sure the mods can deal with any trolls looking to rehash 3 years of inane arguments here instead of there, especially those who have been banned under their previous accounts.

Players in the relegation zone after Rd 1 - LIV Indianoplis

Lee Westwood
Mito Pereira
Ian Poulter
Yubin Jang
Anthony Kim
Freddy Kjettrup

Not looking good for the Majesticks.

Where do poulter and Westwood stand with the team when they get relegated?

I'd imagine they'll become non-playing Captains - essentially they are team owners - they can still play an important part in the team off the course - and let's be honest, they aren't doing the business on it - although Westwood has been pretty unlucky in some events just missing out on points that would have seen him comfortably safe by now.

The team needs a shake up before 2026.
