Powakaddy battery

All of a sudden my plug&play battery is only charging a quarter.
Bizarre as I’ve had no issues
Could it be the connector
Could it be the charger
Could it be the battery
Or something else
No wires loose

Powakaddy have a 5 year warranty on batteries, if it still within warranty contact Powakaddy.
