We had a clown like this at our place a few months back who shot a 140, a 150 and then finished nearer 200.

On this I have to say 'seriously?' Playing that number of shots tells me he has very little idea about what he is doing or is supposed to do - and the risk in letting that go on is that he won't have much control AT ALL over his golf ball. Hence anyone near him is in danger of getting hit at almost any time. There are H&S aspects to this that would be covered in a risk assessment
