Possible implications of buying a hybrid with too stiff a shaft?

Only received yesterday! First outing tomorrow...
Feels nice and heavy. Also, a fitting? I'm buying second hand. The club was £47 delivered!
It doesn't look like a ball has even been near it.

Tried 6 balls before a knockout today. Low and right! And out of the toe.

Will try again, if not might chuck a stiff 5w shaft in it.
