Playing Formby Today

Looking forward to this place for so long and today it finally comes true. Staying in Liverpool overnight and then going on to Ecclestone Park tomorrow.

I just hope that the game stands up to the test and I can enjoy it properly. Pictures and a review to follow this weekend. Liverpool is also a pretty good night out so will include a review of the bars/wildlife etc.

Staying in one of the chain hotels? I usually stay in Premier Apartments when in cities, all the location benefits of having a hotel room plus the benefits of having a kitchen and separate living room at very little extra cost. What I save on food by taking my own with me an not eating out more than makes up for the cost difference!

Enjoy Formby, fantastic course, I played it a few weeks ago.

Eccleston will be a big come down though, after playing at Formby.

FORMBY is superb and in great condition,greens running a bit slow at present BUT why are you going to ECCY PARK it is a glorified muni,there are dozens of courses in the north west.
