Cleveland all the way. Best wedges ever.

Tried the Wilson TW9's and hated them, no feel at all and ball bounced off face too much.

It think they are both really good looking clubs...but the pings IMO are slightly better looking and will be more durable so will last you longer which is important with wedges.

Tour-W's.
Lovely looking clubs.
I'm just beginning to get the hang of mine now, despite the muddy conditions.
They're going to be lethal when the grass fluffs up a bit

So you think Cleveland will wear quite bad?

Its that bloody advert for the CG15 with the unreal backspin thats teasing me.

I have had the Tour W wedges and like them. I think I'll buy a 56 degree Tour W once I punt my 52 and 58 degree ones.

I like the idea behind the new Cleveland's however I've not seen them or hit them!

I'm a Ping whore and know how the Pings feel and react so I'll stick another point on the board for the Ping Tour W. (No surprise there then!)

As for the Vokey shout, far too heavy for a wedge in my opinion. I just do not get on with Vokey's at all. I always rated the old Nike SV wedges but don't know what their new offerings look like or feel like.

if you're after vokeys, check out golfshoesdirect.co.uk... they've got lots at good prices.

I'm a Mizuno fan though... MP-T series. Love them.

I've got Cleveland and the Tour W wedges at the moment.

I've had Clevelands for some time now and they wear just fine.

They are both great wedges and little to choose from. Both spin loads so that won't be a problem.

I'd just see which one you like the look of at address and go with it.

my cg 14's are still in great nik, they dont feel great so I am looking to change, but was using the cg12 lst week and it felt good, and I beleive the cg 15 are meant to be more of that ilk.
Not hit them, or the ping, I would def look at the vokey though, it will be my weapon of choice, when the wife says I can buy them!! :D

The CG15s do look nice but as others have said look like they will make mince meat of the ball. at the end of the a wedge is total personal preference but if it were me i would go for the pings look great, they will spin and i think very very durable.

Cleveland wedges are good for spin and have a bigger head size but wear too easy in my opinion, Pings are also good for spin but have a more compact head so if your a higher handicapper then the Clevelands are for you. Another couple of wedges you should try are the Callaway Jaws wedges and the Mizuno Quad-Cut wedges. Hope this helps.

Have to disagree on Cleveland wedges loosing bite. I still have the Cleveland 588 wedge which I've had since they first came out and it still grips the ball like new.

I have the Tour-w and used to have Cleveland 588's for 6 years. Though the pings are great clubs I'm not convinced I made the right choice yet. They are a little heavier than my old Clevelands and I'm struggling with distance control from 20/30/40 yards. Hope it's just a learning curve and once I get practicing and more golf I'll get the consistency I need. Great looking clubs though and very good spin rate and distance control on full shots.

Been using the CG11's for a fortnight and they are decent clubs but maybe the heads are slightly on the heavy side for some. they are the 2 dot ones.
