Ping i's

If they feel good then dont waste any time and get them before someone else does :p

They feel ok Owen....I know its still a little premature but i hit about 50 balls earlier on the range and i seem to be hitting them off the mats fairly well....But im not going to read too much into that...

I think at the price id be nuts to pass them by...
Id be saving nearly 400 euro's by getting them instead of the i15's so i get brownie points from herself too :D :D :D

Just ok? :).

Well truth be known they were good....I took some of my cobra's as well....One thing that did become evident was that i was getting a little less movement in the ball through the air...Thats a good thing for me by the way....The Pings seem to have a much straighter flight...God knows why because im sure my cobra's have a lot more offset than them.

Distance was down just slightly but the Pings were landing more or less in the same circle whereas the Cobra's seemed to be long and short of the intended area.

I'd buy them, and if you think you need the colour code adjusting just send them back to Ping and get them tweaked for free. As I've said on here before, don't read anything into the "only old duffers use Pings" mentality, it's an attitude that I've only ever come across on this forum from the uninitiated. After all if the world No1 uses i10's then what have you got to lose.

I was fitted for the i15's in a red dot....But i dont think that 3/4 of a degree is going to have a major influence on the outcome of my swing....
Im sure that the body has a way of compensating for the lie angle?
I hope
