Need help with photo bucket, when I have up loaded the photo it is only post stamp size if i resize it the photo goes blurred, thanks in advance

I haven't been on photobucket for a while but I think you need to set the image size at the beginning of the process.

photobucket is messing around at the moment,iphone uploaded pics are coming out small, when he emails me the original, I can sort it.
