Phone apps

Hi guys,
As you may know from my other posts i am soon moving back to England, When i get there i need a phone to stay in contact with friends and a means of contact with my parents.
I am looking at HTC android phones (desire HD) and the HTC mozart 7 which is a windows phone.
Does anybody own these? The reason i ask is because i think it would be quite cool to get a phone with some sort of golf gps capabilities. What do you use and reccomend?
Is there any good apps (not for iphone btw)

I have a blackberry with a good little app called BBGPSGolf, it doesn't have many british courses on at the min, but I set up mine within about 20 mins.

i have the new samsung galaxy s 2 and i have skydroid golf app which gives me front middle and back and it was free to download

I have a new htc Wildfire and use the swing by swing App that comes free on the Apps Market. Its easy to down load and even better its FREE. I find it easy to use and it up dates quite quickly give that a try.
