PGA Tour Championship

Shame we are no longer able to see the golfers hit the golf ball as sky have switched to a chat with Finchem !!

Jordan Spieth's putting is on another planet. He truely is exceptional.

Just wish he was more - exciting as a person , more likeable etc

Wonderful golfer - truely wonderful and his putting like that is amazing but his play just doesn't seem to excite

I actually love watching him. You can tell he absolutely loves the game. I like the quirky way he talks to his ball, and I love his maturity. For a 21 year old millionaire he has his head well and truly screwed on. He's also an exceptional golfer. Other than putting he doesn't do anything flash, but boy is he effective. He doesn't have that star power like a Rory or a Fowler, doesn't bomb it like Day, and isn't as cool as Stenson, but this year he's beaten them all. I'm a huge Spieth fan. Don't get me wrong, he's not my favourite player, I'd much rather a Rickie Fowler, or a Rory McIlroy had dominated this year, but anyone that's as good as Jordan gets heaps of respect from me. I love watching him play the game.

I know Speith is the greatest putter on his day and is landing some clutch putts.. but i am getting a bit tired of Butch Harmon banging on about 'this boy is the best putter on the planet'...

Any one else fancy Rose-y finishing second? Shame on the OOB tee shot..

Brilliant from Spieth. $10m in the bank. His clutch putting is unreal. Much deserved. What a year of PGA golf. In Spieth, Day, McIlroy and Fowler we've got years of amazing golf ahead. It's been great viewing this year.

Speith is head and shoulders above the pack at the moment. Rory not on the same planet for now.

Been difficult for McIlroy though with that injury and I wonder if there's still a sub-conscious concern about it being fully healed. It clearly disrupted his schedule but he's not played too badly since he came back. I think he'll give Spieth a real fight next year and will be fascinating to watch

Probably sounding like Mr Grumpy but $10,000,000 is an obscene amount of money irrespective of who wins it.

Obviously it's not to be sneezed at, but on one of the recent State Of The Game podcasts, Geoff Shackleford was saying that he knows of an average, run of the mill pro on tour who's not been in contention for about 2 or 3 years and he gets paid $7.5mill just by his club manufacturer.

So £10mill to someone towards the pointy end of the Tour leader board might not be much of an incentive as it sounds.
