I love listening to him, but every now and then he costs me a shot on the golf course.
Every time I'm near the green with a bunker between me and the flag I'm thinking "this is a NITBY", even though they don't really bother me.

The company was selling £15k life memberships of it's failing golf courses days before it went bust.
Around 5,000 members of their clubs had paid entrance fees and membership fees and were left with nothing. The had to find another club to join.
