No idea and to be honest never worried me. All I know is that by getting the feeling the clubhead goes left at impact eve though in reality it isn't has improved my ball striking on a one plane swing. Cut from 13.3 to 11.8, two second places, a level par front 9, unbeaten in 2012 club matches all point to whatever the physics are compared to what I perceive the club to be doing it is something that is working SO much better for my game and swing
