Other Sports/Activities That Help Your Game

Well during my first lesson the pro asked what other hobbies and sports I do.

One sport I play five days a week for an hour is table tennis. You may laugh but I wasn't releasing the club during the lesson and never have. So the pro said if you play table tennis out the same action from your forearm and put that action into your swing. Believe it or not this fixed my problem.. To the point I'm now to much and having to try as stop the release.

So if any asks to play table tennis go for it!

I also play the drums so eye hand coordination is very good which the pro said he was impressed with

Cool i was thinking of getting table tennis for the wii, i dont think my mates would play it tbh.

I play drums too.moeller technique seems to be useful.

I did start doing some pilates but never really got into it. To be honest I'd rather use my spare time working on my golf and don't have time to do other sports. I did play football to an ok level and was a decent wicket keeper. None of which really helped my game
