me too. what time you off on Friday?
playing a 36 hole at Royal Dornoch and one at Tain. Only played one so far this year at Moray, first time since i started playing that ive done so few. played 18 opens on year...not sure how i managed that.... prop 18 x 0.1 as well.

you are correct. I played there about 3 years ago and i was great, but my mates played 2 years ago and said the greens were awful.
hopefully with the weather we have had it should be in good nick.

Played seniors opens at Strathmore, Cruden Bay, my own place (Monifieth), Alford and a gents open at Arbroath - most expensive was Cruden Bay at £15.
Also played mixed opens at Boat of Garten, Carrbrige, Brechin, Edzell and we are playing Cruden Bay this coming Sunday.
Love an open - cheap as chips up here for some cracking courses.

I played it last year and the greens were excellent so hopefully they will be the same this year. I did wonder whether they delayed it from the original date in July because of lack of entries? Looks like there are 49 of us which is about the same as last year.
