Any one else had a problem with how long this company takes to dispatch your order?

I ordered a new club and some balls on friday morning and they still havent left the warehouse. You'd think with the current economic climate they'd be looking to get the gear sent out immidiately.

I can't say I have. They really have been superb everytime I have dealt with them and I have had all goods with me within a couple of days even with quite large orders.

As a company I rate them very highly, they were more than efficient in dealing with the one problem I had with them so perhaps get in contact and find out.
 
I've placed about ten orders through them and have always got the best deals from them but the last two orders I have placed have taken about a week to get to me, I work about 20minutes from the warehouse?!?

Might just be me having the hump cause I want the club for wednesday night.
 
Had similar issues. When I first started using them the free delivery arrived in 2-3 days now it is taking a week.
 
Not had a problem with them but ordered some adidas shirts from golfsupport.co.uk on the 2nd. Mailed them after a week to be told they had to order in directly from Adidas and were waiting delivery. No mention of that at the time of purchase and the website leads buyers to think all items are in stock.

Poor show and won't be getting my business again
 
They've always been spot on for me.

Sometimes these delays are just not on. I ordered something once (not from online) and the company didn't even have any. It took best part of two weeks to acquire and send.
 
I've always found them to be excellent and I've mentioned them a few times on here however after my first few orders taking a couple of days at the most to get here maybe they have set my standards too high.

If they need a another one or two pickers in the warehouse I'm sure there are people who'd be grateful for the work.

Oh well, I'll give an update when it arrives. I just hope they are not trying to puch people towards paying extra for next day delivery.
 
hang on minty, you ordered Friday and posted this Monday.

Most outfits with a 'next working day' rule don't include weekends so the <u>earliest</u> it could possibly be handled is Monday and it will be in the pile with any Saturday/Sunday orders.

Mind if it's not with you by Wednesday . . .
 
If i would have paid £15 extra they could have had it with me by saturday morning. Its Tuesday lunchtime now and the order is still pending, hopefully they will dispatch it by the end of today.

Also a pal of mine ordered a club yesterday, paid the fiver extra for next day delivery and it arrived first thing this morning.

Am I just being tight or whinging about nothing here? should I have paid the extra fiver?
 
Cant say i've ever had any problems with them, to be honest. Id use onlinegolf more often than any other... Sorry to hear your having trouble, Hope its sorted soon.

Have they given you a reason why it hasn't left the warehouse? Why dont you ask them for some extra bonus points on your account for next time for the inconvenience and the price of calling them.

it now says the order is "processing" so i'd imagine it'll be dispatched today.
