Hi All

Bought new cart bag from DG out of part of my Bubba winnings  linky here http://www.direct-golf.co.uk/golf_bags/ogio/spry_golf_bag_cart_cart_bags_golf_bags/p13049.aspx Now I have Ogio Vapourlite stand bag currently and can't fault it, apart from getting a bit worn and tired looking now, so I thought I couldn't go wrong with one of their cart bags.

Second round out, second hole, towel loop snaps and comes off in my hand. To say I was gutted is an understatement! Although shot my best score of the year so clearly had no impact to my golf

Anyway has anyone else had issues with Ogio cart bags or did I just get a duffer. Also never used DG before are they pretty good in offering replacements?

Thanks Guys

Had an Ogio Grom several years ago.......Top Class, faultless
Infact at that point in time, Ogio made bags for some of the 'Big' companies that just put their branding on

DG were brilliant in replacing my driver when it snapped mid round after only a few weeks of use. Just took it into store and told them what happened, 2 minutes later I had a new driver.

Yeah thanks guys I was of the opinion their gear was top drawer too, hence the surprise when it happened! will contact DG and see what they say

Not sure which one you went to but the one I use near Cambridge has no problems in dealing with these things, very good customer service.

Bought online and looking at their faulty goods policy it states that will be returned to manufacturer and take up to 28 days  Which is not helpful! sent them an email so see what they come back with...

Not much hope I know but there was a thread on here somewhere with comments and direct email address for the head of online sales from direct golf. If you can track that down or if someone can remember where it is then I am sure that he will help out as seemed willing to help forumers before.
