-6 off 5, par was 71, approx 10yrs back. Numerous -3's and -2's in recent years.
Sadly, over the winter I managed a couple of +13's too but I'm blaming it on excessive cuddliness and old age.

Managed to shoot 75, 75, 76 (Par 69) in consecutive competitions to go from 12 to 9 handicap two years ago. Best round though was a 72 (par 70) but it was 35 years ago.

My best medal round was playing off 7 (6.5). I was +2 and the css was +1 so got a lovely cut to 5.3

Have shot 2 over twice in friendly matches, best in a medal is an 80 (9 over)... both have been when I was off 11.
shot a few low ones last year, but can't quite remember all of them, but -2 on a par 70 sss 73 of 7 i sup. i did have a low round off the blacks at Castle Stuart which included an eagle at the 7th which is SI1 and that days was playing 460... it was down wind though

Best i had last year off 15 was playing 9 over gross...... Had 3 chip in birdies the same day also...so there was s light element of luck involved.....

I'm off 20 and last week shot an 83 (par 71) so down to a 12.
Played the same course this Saturday and shot a 85 so might see my H/C drop soon, that's if I can do it while playing in a comp !!

Played off 22 and the game of my life saw me hit an 80 round my course which is +11. My driving still wasn't great but my short game was immense (by my standards)

Back in my younger years (16) I shot 18 straight pars playing off 8hcp in a medal... I came 4th both net and gross!

I can only ever seem to play consistently in the mid 80s, sometimes low 80s. I am yet to shoot in the 70s, so my current handicap of 12 is about right for my golf on my best day.
