Played my 19th qualifier of the year today - sadly I was 3 short of buffer, but I had a very tiring, boozy Sunday Driver as my main excuse.

First full swing lesson of the year today and really feel the season is here. We've been on full greens for several weeks and they are putting well for the time of year. I need to get my short game firing (and plans in place) and then get out and play well. Can't wait

The season is coming at the wrong time for me as I am playing my worst golf for a long time, culminating in finishing stone cold last in a comp on Sunday that had over 50 entrants. Time for a lesson again to pinpoint where the main problems are.

Reasonably content with 0.2 increase over 19 comps as not swinging well.

Our qualifying season has been put back until start of May! 
On course alterations have been delayed due to weather and the current temporary layout hasn't been measured for SSS so until work is complete, May at the earliest, we have no qualifiers.
The season has been extended by a month into October to compensate but that's of no use now!

Shame about that Crow, how are the changes looking? Our first comp is April 1st and it's a greensomes. We've been playing on a shortened course with new tee mats, the 15th par 5 as a par 4 as our only fairway bunkers have been added. Also the 16th closed to help the repairs to the green side bunkers repair. Full greens though.

First non qualifier of the season March 12/13, a 4 man team event called the 3 sixes. Should be interesting as the 4 of us have been playing really s***** 
Qualifier on Saturday. After me lesson yesterday not sure it's going to go well. We'll see. It's only 0.1

Hard to say as a lot of it is fenced off, they haven't half shifted a lot of earth though!
