Well its official fellas....A full rupture at the musculotendonous junction (exactly where your calf muscle and achilles tendon meet )

Im now here sitting with a full cast from my ankle to the top of my thigh bent at 45 degrees at the knee and a Plantar Flexed foot.....
Try taking a Pee in this position.....Its not even funny...I have to balance on one leg

You should see the looks im getting already James.....
Its not really in season to be wearing combat shorts in febuary
I cant get a long pants on as the cast is too thick..
