just come back from american golf in plymouth and didnt buy 1 thing... my mates brought a new set of wilson irons and another got a new mizuno driver. i had my hybrids and wood in the boot just incase i felt the urge but i didnt :D also after hearing them say to my other mate its his swing which needs sortin nothing wrong with the club helped sway my decision also the work problems.
Got home and HID didnt believe me at 1st that i came away fully empty handed.
Did hit a few with the new Mizuno driver and to be fair is a stunning club looks wise and hit and for 99 in the sale an absolute steal. Was tempted then remembered it wasnt my driver im having problems with.
anyway well done me for not buying anythin new also was nice to se my irons for 40 more than what i paid this time last year from the same shop.

same for me yesterday at Direct Golf in MK. walked around the shop 2 or 3 times and nothing really grabbed me. Bought some cheapo pro v1's for 9 quid and left quite content

yeha i found i kept strolling past the woods and hybrids and nothing said test me.. then i went to clothes and same there haha... then stared at the shoes for a few mins and nothing tickeled me there...

Well done for being so strong willed. Sadly I am not made as tough as you and inevitably I'll wander around and find something to have a go at, even if its the cheapest putter in the store, "just to see"

Been to ag, direct golf and silver mere. Came back with a couple of pairs of trousers. For work.

Golf kit holds no appeal for me at present. I want a new swing, not new clubs.
