Nike Covert FlexLoft adapter

Hi,
I was wandering if anyone knew where to get a Covert FlexLoft adapter? I am looking at upgrading my shaft and I've heard from a few people and a few fitters that the covert adapter sometimes bends/melts when under heat so they refuse to remove the adapters. I can't find anywhere that sells them so any help would be great.
