I use Swing-by-Swing on my phone for GPS and scoring. It also offers shot tracking for each club but have never bothered with it as it involves playing with my phone on every shot, which is tedious!
However, I've just been reading about NFC tags and how you can stick them on your clubs and Swing-by-Swing becomes magically "tappable" - just like Game Golf but for a fraction of the price. It's still being tested and developed but for a tenner, I'd risk it.
Has anyone used NFC tags on their clubs? They're very cheap but there are lots of different ones on the market so wondered if anyone had recommendations or warnings to offer. Are they flexible enough to stick around the shaft?
