Dear all,

TaylorMade has just launched a new range. They've release a new Burner driver as well as a limited edition r7. In addition there are two new irons to have a look at. Click here for our GM gallery http://www.golf-monthly.co.uk/galleries/7655/1/0/taylormade-launch.html

We've already been sent the two new irons so once we've had them photographed for the magazine we will give them a hit and report back.

Regards,

Neil Tappin

Wow, its been .......... eh ............. years? no ! ........... months? no ....... days since TM have released something new. The 'NEW' Burner driver looks just like the Ben Sayers BENNY and the D1 Titleist.

Look almost exactly the same, will be interesting to hear the “brand new technology” behind them, Today’s Golfer must be going nuts in their offices!!!

Agreed, from the side it looks the spitting image of a Nike Sumo.

The irons look OK but not that different from previous models that can be bought for £270.00.

Still, I await the glowing report from TG that these are the best clubs in the world and so much better than those that they are replacing.

I take it the wrench is for adjustment not self assembly.
I would think that these are to replace all the old scuffed ones we have been playing with all year, bang goes the christmas bonus.
Sorry love a bit of a downturn in the market this year.
Only good for me if i can have senior shaft graphite.

That is the most hideous collection of pictures ever. Granted... I bet they are easy as paint by numbers to use!

I agree with what people are saying in regard to the release of yet another new range and it certainly will put me off buying Taylormade in the future however I would still no doubt have given the drivers a go if I didn't have my heart set on one of the new titleist range and if I'd have got on well with it inevitably I would have purchased it.
