I have seen a set of mizuno Mp18’s that I like the look of but they’ve got project x 5.5 LZ shafts.

Does anyone know how they compare to regular steel shafts

PX 5.5 is generally regarded as between Regular and Stiff.....5.0 being regular, 6.0 being stiff
With your swing speed I don't think you'll have too much trouble with them but it might be worth finding a club at an AG or similar and having a few swings.

It’s easier sorting out brexit than it is finding a left handed club in AG

True...mind you, fitting carts should have left handed heads...or worst case swing a righty and you'll at least get a feel for whether the shaft is too loose or not....

I have 6.0 in my irons apart from in a T-MB 4 iron that has a 5.5. I can feel the difference. To be honest, I like the feel. It flies a little higher than expected and it has a slight fade. My swing speed is a blur.
