Right I'm looking for your thoughts on what I think would be a brilliant addition to the magazine. Over the past year I have become increasingly aware of the exercise regimen of the top pros. To maximise your golfing performance and help minimise injury you need to dedicate some time off the course to improving your conditioning.
I would love a section in the magazine that provided some exercise tips to improve your game. Ideally these would be exercises that could be done with minimal equipment or perhaps using a pair of dumbbells and/or a fit ball. I'm not suggesting they get all Men's Health but as a minimum we could all benefit from improved flexibility and core strength.
I know that magazine space is at a premium in the summer months but there is often less copy in the winter months and at a time when our ability to play as much golf is more limited we may be inclined to spend more time in the gym or working out at home using these hints and tips.
