Just wondering if any clubs have implemented the new LR regarding a 2 shot penalty instead of D/Q for not signing a scorecard.

we haven't although it did come up yesterday when someone queried being disqualified but did not realise it was only a local rule if applied.

Here is a thing though, a disqualified score can be used for handicap, so if you have the 2 stroke penalty in force then it would be a higher score in WHS than if you didnt use it. Doesnt seem right that.
