New driver & i have developed a wicked slice?

Well have got a new driver and it flies off the tee and then flies right nearly all the time ? any hints to what this is ?
have booked my first ever golf lesson tomorrow to see where i am going wrong.!

has anybody else had this problem?

Did you try it out first and how were you hitting it in the shop

Probably got an unsuitable shaft in it.

yeah tried it and it was good ! so much be doing somethink wrong , as it is never the club , am sure a little lesson tom will lead me in the right direction

Too lower loft? too stiffer shaft ? Maybe adjust yr R11 so i has more loft and see if its any easier to hit.

Just noticed the driver you're using . I've played with a few players with the R11,and haven't seen any of them hit it as well as their old R9s.

Within your profile there is free text for your signature. Pop it in there and tick the 'show your signature' box when you post.

Daft I know. But have you got it set up right? Maybe you have it set open, that will cause a slice.

no it is set back to neutral for tomorrows lesson but did have ago at setting it to closed and it seemed better, but want to get it set up and iron out my problems by a pro- hopefully its somethink simple .
i am going to guess the first thing he will want to change is my grip
