New Club Advice

Hi all,

After my recent round I've decided that I really need to build up to hitting the driver. Unfortunately, my next longest club is my 4-iron so I'm looking around for a 5 wood.

Having a look on a popular auction site, I've seen the Ben Sayers MX1 5 Wood and the Wilson X31 4 Hybrid. Has anyone used either of these, or would anyone have any advice as to what I should look for in a wood or hybrid?

rather than buying from ebay, does your local pro shop or american golf etc sell 2nd hand clubs you can try before you buy blind? what works for one man, might not work for the next!
