My current carry bag has pretty much just fallen apart.

This leaves me with two options at the moment...

Option 1: Buy a push trolley and use my old Motocaddy bag with one of those slot bases, its been gathering dust until I decide to buy an new electric or push trolley.

Option 2: Buy a new carry bag and eventually a push trolley to fit it on.

Obviously option 2 is cheaper now but expensive in the long run, option one is a little more now but also leaves me without a carry bag.

I would only go for option one if I can find a good push trolley that fits the trolley bag I already have. Has anyone got any recommendations for ones that fit or do they all? Had my eye on something like this: clicgear rovic

If you go with option one, which I did last year and have not regretted ever since, I can heartily suggest this - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bullet-Deluxe-Wheel-Trolley-Cruiser/dp/B00IYKQOZS. I picked it up for a shade under £80 (look off Amazon for good deals, I believe mine was from Greenpiste Sports direct). It is robust, folds down easily and to a decent size. I don't think I realised quite what a bargain it was until a friend picked up a Stewart R1 and, side by side on the course, I could see no justification for a £120 premium for the Stewart.

All I needed, I read this reply and I am now the proud owner of a Motocaddy S1 Lite I took my old bag to the shop to see if it would fit, its as if it was made for it.

Pushes lovely, the only thing now is I have so much storage space I have no idea what to do with it! After transferring across all the golf gear in the carry bag I still have one full length large empty pocket, one small half length one and the motocaddy trolleys bag underneath!. I think I am just going to fill them with my very light wet weather gear rather than storing that in the house.

Correction to my initial post though, I have a powakaddy bag from about 2010/11 IIRC :)

I have the same issue. I carry hundreds of tees, about 20 balls, a rain cover for the bag, an umbrella, a light jacket, packs of refreshments, a large bottle of water, five gloves, various devices and still have plenty of room to spare. A joyful luxury.

Its great to be back using my cart bag again. I missed it actually! I have already started to fill the pockets. Yes I have to push it all round the course but actually I can't see it being a massive issue. Can always just store stuff in the car while I play and back in the bag when done :)
