My swing....advice please

New to the game and just trying to establish a handicap so be kind (!) but please can you offer any insight on how I can improve this swing....?

It looks very good.
Good aim position, posture a little upright if I was being picky.
The swing overall is also very good but 2 small things caught my eye.
1. The speed of the swing looks very similar on the backswing as it does on the downswing. Try and make the backswing a bit smoother and give the downswing some zip

2, The swing is a bit flat footed. Try and stop the video at impact and you will see you are almost the same position as you were at address.
Compare your position at impact to the guys on tour and you will see they have turned their bodies alot more by this point.
