Its not in my nature to rant about things, usually I am easy going and take things in my stride as mostly they cannot be avoided and are a rare occurance.

This honestly has annoyed me, I know some people may not take this seriously (saying "oh this guy is just trollin') but I am actually annoyed by this.

I really hate buying a pack of rich tea fingers, or any other biscuit roll, only to find the first 1/3 half or even the whole lot are broken down the middle!

I buy the damn things to dip in my tea and having them in half ruins it!

I am sure there are others out there who feel the same, I only get a craving for biscuits every now and again, its not like every week. So when I do buy them it really saddens me to find them all broken!

Who's fault is this? my shoddy shopping packing? The supermarkets handling?

Hopefully next time I get a craving this doesn't happen, sadly this is the 3rd time I have had one in about a year and the 3rd time I have opened the pack to find they are all cracked, in the process of cracking or delicately balanced so that as soon as they are dipped they fall apart!

Those are the worst, the 'hair line crack' type that break off mid-dunk, almost puts me off eating biscuits altogether.

I sometimes sort the broken from the whole, thengrind em up in a bowl and mix it into ice cream, then stuff my face while thinking 'have that you dirty broken ********!'

I find Rich tea biscuits too big to dunk whole anyway, so I end up breaking them in half.
I think your broken pack would cater for my needs quite nicely, so next time you get a broken pack ,can you PM me and I'll swap you for a non-broken pack?

Problem solved I think?

Have you considered getting out more?

Some days when there's nothing but Rich-T in the barrel I really can't face them, they look so dry and ordinary.... but then you get those days when you can literally do an entire pack with just one cuppa! :D
