Multi tees competitions.

Just out of interest, does your club play multi tees one competition.

Copsewood Grange has been measured so we can play a par 70 course, some white, yellow and red tees and one blue tee, the scorecard is coloured so you know which tee to play from.
And a very interesting set up that is when I played it last year.

It is a 9-hole course, but you use all sorts of different coloured tees during the course of 18 holes play.
These are highlighted on the card.
So the card is very colourful.
Makes the course very interesting.

It is not what is done usually, as I understand, it is a special set up for special occasions.
 
Yes, most of our 'big' comps have mandated tees but we have quite a few midweek medals etc where players can choose which tee to play from.
 
Our county championships are next weekend and in an attempt to get more entries it's been name a mixed event of 18 holes and not the usual 36. No idea how this is going to work as it's a scratch comp off the very back tees
