Moving an electric supply and meter

I had an issue with mine, my fault during installation and they couldn’t off done more to help, they sent someone up from where they are based, probably a 12 hour drive in a van for a 2 minute fix, engineer did a service on it as well.
Customer service goes a long way these days.
