Motocaddy m5 DHC- help needed

Hi everyone, new to the forum.
I have a Motocaddy m5 connect DHC. The trolley was working fine but one of the wheels was stuck on. To get the wheel off I had to strip the axle off and use a hydraulic press. I have since rebuilt the trolley but now the motor won’t turn and it seems the brake is stuck on. All I have done is unplug the motor and brake cables. Anyone any ideas of what I can try to fix this other than getting a new motor?
