What are your suggestions if you could nominate one each for England, Wales and Scotland.

Here are mine.
England: Kington.
Wales: LLandrindod Wells.
Scotland: Strathpeffer.

Bamburgh. Sights to die for.
Sheringham, coastal views, lordy lordy. Plus when that steam train goes by its like summat outta Harry Potter.

isle of purbeck is probably the most scenic I’ve played. Maybe the 5th @ Old thorns or the clubhouse view @ crowborough beacon.
It’s nice looking out to sea @ east Brighton also

This is what makes this thread so interesting,
It’s both personal experiences plus personal perspective

Everyone is going to be different, it’s what makes this game so great 👍

The Old Course when you're on the back 9 and playing back towards the town.

I would go somewhere like Hankley Common. A sea of purple heather as far as the eye can see especially on the elevated holes, punctuated with the odd oasis of green. I'm a real sucker for a heathland course and plenty of others in a similar vein I really enjoy the views on

Any west coast of Scotland course, Largs, Gourock, Rothesay, Millport.

In the Highlands, Boat of Garten or Grantown on Spey.

England, Goswick was lovely, Bamburgh Castle was great.

Ireland I'd say Kilkeel or Enniskillen. Enniskillen was special for obvious reasons of the t ragi.

Never played in Wales.
