Most desired clubs

Oh well, each to their own and all that.
I thought they were cracking irons.
Although, as I stated before, I won't be changing my current irons.

ALmost got my perfect set, just may think off changing wedges...

I will then try and get specific shats and lie angles and all that stuff sorted. At the end I will try to get the Lamkin 3gen grips on them...

I've also got old clubs and am working on getting what i want and need to play better...

I gave my lovely old Taylor Mades (1-SW) to a friend for his son and bought my S59s.
Now, I've found an old set on Fleabay so gone back to the Taylor mades :)

Any Titleist blades. I love them, so shiny, sleek and sexy, drool!
And as useless as tits on a trumpet to a man of your skillz :D

Cheeky Bugger!

In fairness I am ok with blades down to about a 7 iron no problems at all, its only with the lower irons I struggled.

Before I got maimed I was working well with my 735's and it is these I will be using on the range imminently.

Will be interesting though trying to hit them though as they arent the most forgiving after a lay-off I would imagine.

I've wanted some Ping Eye 2s for years, ever since I hit one when I was about 15, (I'm now nearly 40). When I heard my other half's dad saying he's getting himself some new clubs I got very excited, because he has Ping Eye 2s. Sadly he was just getting a new driver.

I could just buy some, but I hardly ever play, so wouldn't be worth it.

I have to be fair to medway, when we played (what seems ages ago) he was pretty tasty with the mid irons down in the blades but you knew about it when he hit 3 irons thin. I guess a combo set would be his way forward.

10 years ago I was offered a set of Ben Hogan Apex Irons of the early 90s. They were used but in mint condition some of the irons seemed never to be hit. I couldnt resist the offer because I never saw better looking clubs and 200 Euro didnt dig a hole in my pocket. Although I shot my best round ever with them, great clubs for a good day, on an average day I struggled to get good results. After 4 years I replaced them with my current set.

PS: I still use my Mizuno MP11s "on the road"
