Does anyone use this for any useful purpose?

I finally had a small look at it the other day, and seemed useless, I did decide i should "schedule a break", so I've just had a reminder to take a break

What is it for?

We have it at work. It tells me how much focus time I had, and that Rachel asked me 3 days ago to send her some numbers, and if I have done it.
Also, any email I send that mentions an attachment but doesn’t have one gets a pop up, not sure if that is Viva or just outlook, but that feature I like.

I get an email each morning and I delete it.
I like my computer simple. Outlook and IE 10 would do ;-)
