Nothing back from Valentino yet though.
I sent 2 messages recently neither were replied to and neither showed up in the sent items folder. Do they only show when they have been opened? The 2 that I just sent showed up in Sent items OK, but not the previous ones.

I can see that you sent me further test messages. I havent opened or replied to these. Have these showed up in your sent items?
I'm asking because the last entry on my sent items folder before today was March!! When I know that I have sent people a couple of PM's since then.
I cleared some messages out earlier today I dont know if that has something to do with it, although it wasnt full. Looks like it got stuck for some reason - weird.

I can confirm that my PM system got stuck but it freed itself by me deleting some old messages. Strange because I did not reach the full mailbox status or anything.
Its entirely possible that people were trying to send me messages but it may have looked like I was ignoring them . Perhaps it got stuck in both directions? But for sure, nothing has been leaving my PM for the past 3 months!! and I only just twigged.

Have you your setting set to save sent messages ? its not set to save by default you have to select it

I didnt know about this and I've never made any changes to the setting either. I deleted some messages yesterday and it seemed to have jolted my PM back to working again. It wasnt overfilled it just wasnt sending anything out and it may not have been receiving anything for the past few months.

Strange. Bladeplayer pointed out that the saving items in your sent folder is optional. However I never changed this setting, it just started working by itself yesterday after I cleared out some messages.
