I like the idea of having guest changing facilities, as the changing facilities at our place are so bleeding small (think football changing room size for juniors 
) we could use the extra room! lol
In all honesty though, our club is fairly new, the course is excellent, but we dont really have a specific club house with large locker rooms etc, so maybe some new facilities would be good, I guess it all comes down to money though.
