Mats & WHS counting scores.

Last year for course protection we had mats in use on fairways and in semi-rough.

In qualifying medals we had to use mats from fairway but were not allowed to use them from the semi-rough.

Could someone please advise if these rules will be the same under the WHS in a medal or when submitting a general play score.
