Wish the SKY had all the on course commentators like the PGA events though, I think that adds to it a bit.

That is seriously doing my nut in, I was close to putting my foot through the telly. I cant handle that tune for another three days coverage at 450 breaks an hour!!!

Watched the recorded coverage last night so wasn't submitted to the "Oh Georgia" torture! Fell asleep towards the end and ended up geting to bed at 2:30...needless to say...I'm tired today!
But it looks absolutely stunning in HD and the coverage is bloody excellent (once the host broadcaster decides to start theirs!).
Looking forward to tonight!

Really? I watched from 9.00pm to 11.30pm and didn't see any part of the course that I hadn't seen before. Maybe I missed something

Was watching it online last night & about 9 o'clock or so the presenter mentioned that shortly the 3D coverage would start, how come the whole evening's golf wasn't in 3D? Do you have to pay extra for 3D Sky? If you do I'd be well pissed off at less then 2 hours of the coverage being in 3D.

It's not within Sky's control. It's the Masters host broadcasters (ESPN and CBS) who have the use and control of the 3D cameras that dictate when the 3D is being shown and in this case it's two hours a day from 5:30pm to 7:30pm local time.
Also Sky 3D costs no more than standard HD. You just have to pay for the 3D telly for it to work.
