Due to his post last month about getting Sky subscriptions reduced by giving them a call - which I did and got my subscription reduced by 50% for the next 6 months.
The real reason for this thread though is because I made the call, it prompted me to find out that Sky had been charging me for multi-room which I haven't had for nearly 2 years. cue me sending a disapproving letter to their Customer Services and a week or so later, I get a phone call from Sky telling me that there was a problem and they will be refunding £150 to my account within the next few days.
So, cheers Bob! I'll buy you a beer when our paths cross!
(And before anyone asks, the V-Easy order is on the list. Just haven't got round to it yet).
