If you were a great wedge player you wouldn't need 4 wedges and you certainly wouldn't be off of 28. My own opinion is that you don't need 4 wedges, but you could also drop one of 5w/3h or 5h/5i. In fact, off of 28, you could probably drop the driver and use the 3w instead.
i use to play 3 wood off the tee however my driver now 7/10 finds fairway . 3/10 first cut. Prob worth noting not all 28 handicappers are hackers.
gw sw and lw are my main wedges really the pw is 43 degree so it's hardly a wedge more a 9 iron
