Anything posted on politics or Scotland or Brexit, I'll ignore, got suckered into this thread by the subject and seeing as it was only 8 posts long, but yes I'm 100% in agreement the political/Scotland/Brexit threads that keep popping up by the same protagonists do get a little repetitive.

I think I may have read the first ones a good while back, no need to read any new ones as they are all the same.

I wouldnt mind if the record was changed occasionally, but it is the same old same old again and again.
People get sick of it and thats when the forum starts to become an unhappy place, therefore it is my business as moderator to occasionally advise posters as to the content of their posts. yourself having been on the receiving end of such advice very recently.

Prevention is better than the cure
