Why when a renewal notice comes out is it more expensive to renewe as an existing customer compared to a new customer?? Seems strange to me?

Is there any reneal deals for GM including a dozen balls or something?

If you look last months mag, the promotion includes a dozen z stars.

Its the same with pretty much every business that has a renewal model be sky tv, insurance, gym etc the best deals are to encourage new sign ups
those who renew for year two (and beyond) still get a big discount on the shop price as a reward for the loyalty but quite frankly we'd go bust if we gave everyone a dozen Z stars each year when they renewed!
