So before this came in (last year?) a particular HI might yield a CH of say 14 resulting in a PH of 13 and we learnt to hole out for a double for 0 Stableford points on Index 14 for handicap purposes.
Does machine precision change that behaviour? That exact same Index could yield a PH of 13 OR 14, correct?
So now, do we only need to remember to hole out for a double when our PH is less than CH, and not bother when it’s the same?
