long hitters..

ok you lot win, keep my opinions to myself, leave it to you proper golfers.

Don't let it get to you mate, this is the perfect post for us all to jump on you

I've made many mistakes in my posting life also... You will live and learn but seriously your OP is a strange one and was only going to bring you mainly negativity lol

Can't believe the OP. Long and wayward and you "might" have an issue, having to hunt on every hole but long and straight is what we're all after isn't it. Even in a roll up, it is much better etiquette to the groups in front to give them that extra time to get out of reach rather than these guys blasting into the back of them all the time, especially if the course was busy and there was nowhere to go. If these guys are newbies I'd be embracing these talented players and getting them involved in club matches but also making them feel welcome, not having someone close to simmering over just because he has to wait.

Imagine taking shots at the green whilst people are still putting out ! :D

I think you'll find these lads get just as frustrated as you do having to wait all the time, if not more so....

Disappointed, where are all the forum bombers saying "I hate when the short knockers insist they hit first just because they can't keep up"?

Ive not played with that many proper big hitters. I.E people who can hit it big and consistently keep it in the correct postcode. Somebody who can hit a big drive but sells lottery tickets for its location isn't a big hitter to me

It all depends if the guys in the OP were actually big hitters or they just thought they were and waiting was a waste of time :D
